	The balance to the five year existence of the EKZ solar electric exchange is delightful: Since at the beginning only 750 customers belonged to the solar electric recipients today they are over 3000. With the number of subscriptions of course also the number of Fotovoltaik installations increased; 1997 there were 12, today there are nearly up to 50 with a yearly electric current production of all together more than 600 000 kilowatt hours. Ruth and Evi Juon belonged to the first to order EKZ solar electric current. «We then effectively waited for such an offer and did not hesitate a second to send off the order» explains the artist Evi Juon. Because the furtherance of renewable energies they had at heart since a long time. Actually the ecology plays an important role for the two sisters from Langnau am Albis. Whenever possible they try to buy nonpolluting products. And what do the two estimate most of the EKZ electric current exchange? «That the customers have a say in the matter of which way the electric current gets produced» explains the composer and singer Ruth Juon. Her sister names another advantage: «With this system each subscriber can decide for themselves what amount he will actually spend for the clean electric current.
